MSI plans quite soon to launch the MSI MAG B660M Mortar Max for the 12 generation Intel processors on the market. One of the main features of this model will be a separate Renesas RC26008 frequency generator, which will accelerate the processors along the tire. If this leak is correct, then this motherboard will also support PCIe 5.0, which is quite unusual for Micro ATX DDR4.

Best

As we already wrote at the beginning of this year, the external frequency generator in the motherboard allows you to accelerate Intel blocked processors, so the latter can show significantly higher performance. Previously, all motherboards with similar frequency generators were solutions with DDR5 memory, which meant a rather high cost. If the leakage from the Chi11eddog is true, then soon acceleration on the tire will be available without the need to spend a very serious amount on the DDR5 memory for relatively inexpensive blocked Intel Alder Lake processors. This motherboard should go on sale once in July of this year. The price, unfortunately, is unknown, but its predecessor MSI MAG B660M Mortar WiFi DDR4 is now sold for 16,000 rubles.
