Over on Twitter, Philipp Weber, Performing Story Director and Lead Quest Designer on the computer game series confirmed that the canine that is now in Devil’s Pit is undoubtedly a referral to Henry Cavill. More specifically, it’s his dog KAL, who will now settle in the area after you get among the game’s good endings.

After Season 3, he will no longer be reprising this role, however at least now he will forever have a unique tribute to him in the video game that is responsible for the series existing in the first location.
