FC Bayern celebrates again with its fans on Munich’s Marienplatz after the Corona break.
As the city of Munich announced, Mayor Dieter Reiter (SPD) welcomes the series champion on May 15 (1:30 p.m.) for the title party in the town hall.
Afterwards, the team around Captain Manuel Neuer and world footballer Robert Lewandowski presents the fans with the master shell at the town hall balcony.
Most recently, this traditional party had failed twice because of the corona pandemic.
The day before the championship celebration, the team of coach Julian Nagelsmann will be a guest for the last game of the season at VfL Wolfsburg.
Bayern will get the master shell next Sunday.
After the home game against the relegation-threatened VfB Stuttgart, captain Neuer receives the trophy in the Allianz Arena from the new DFL managing director Donata Hopfen.
